Our client is searching for a Senior Merchandiser for their organisation The successful candidate would have strong Kidswear experience with Tops/ Bottoms/ Knits/ Woven and Denim

Duties/ Responsibilities
Consolidating briefs from Buyers
Researching and comparing local and international trends
Do Tech Packs together with QA and Graphic Artist if needed
Responsible for Critical Path Management on all orders
Placing orders with China
Administration of Excel Spreadsheets for easy communication tool between Buyers and Factories
Researching and comparing local and international trends
Communication to Buyers and Factories on Critical Path is easy

Minimum Requirements
Must have worked within a retail chain environment in the fashion apparel and denim department for at least 5 years
Must have experience in dealing with Overseas Suppliers / China
Must have a high energy level and be creative
Must be a good communicator
Knowledge of import is a must
Researching and comparing local and international trends a requirement
Assertive creative and personality
High attention to detail
Must be a Team Player
Must be able to follow instructions and be willing to assist on all areas of the business should the need arise
