Minimum requirements Minimum of 5 years human resources consulting experience in Retail/FMCG/Hospitality sector Matric Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management Strong understanding of LRA BCEA Skills Development Act Employment Equity Act Understanding of business operations Understanding of change management Sound understanding of organisational and cultural transformation frameworks Sound knowledge of facilitation Ability to translate strategic direction into business plans
