Key Performance Areas
Responsible for generation of sales in your designated area

Managing and motivating staff
Recruitment and Selection
Training staff
Managing merchandise
Handling of IR issues

Requirements
Matric tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Business related qualification Diploma or Certificate
Must have 3 to  4 years retail experience an area management level
Fashion forward individual
Competitor Analysis
Organised and thorough
Profit driven individual
Have strong business acumen
